Account Relation Officer

We're seeking a proactive, team-oriented Account Relation Officer to join our expanding team. Our ideal candidate embraces a culture of learning, improvement, positive collaboration, compassion, and gratitude, and will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing the best technology solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • 1. ‌Get into contact with existing customer and regularly update them with their company overview 
  • 2. ‌Meet with existing clients (online and/or offline) to discuss about their company situation or needs and present them with our solutions (not pitching into new prospects/leads)
  • 3. Presenting periodical review of their company from activities within their ERP System
  • 4. ‌Converting the review and requirements results into new project (Additional Customization or Change Request) scope
  • 5. ‌Collaborating with Application Specialist to provide demo/prototype and estimated project timeline to the client 
  • 6. ‌Collaborating with Sales Admin to provide Offering Proposal for Change Request or additional Customization 
  • 7. ‌Negotiate the final customization scope, price and terms with clients

Requirements and skills

  • 1. ‌Genuine interest in understanding business processes of companies in various industries (not one to get bored or lose interest in it during the first 3 months) 
  • 2. ‌Adept in the art of asking the right questions
  • 3. ‌Has strong sense of responsibility to keep everyone in the company well-fed
  • 4. ‌Lifelong Learner only (fakes are easily spotted)
  • 5. ‌Strong observation and analysis skill, especially on business process across various industries 
  • 6. ‌Hands-on experience in Business Consultation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Accounting (or their equivalence) of Medium to Large company for at least 2 years
  • 7. ‌Extroverts (or Introverts that can manage their social battery well)
  • 8. ‌Have the drive to help people, be it business owners, fellow team members, or total strangers, out of kindness with no strings attached
  • 9. ‌Willing to commit to the skill acquisition program for months post-recruitment
  • 10. Strong presentation skill
