This position is creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Receiving complaints from clients
  • 2. Analyze the complaints you get
  • 3. Work on complaint requests

Requirements and skills

  • 1. Men/women with minimum aged 26 y.o
  • 2. Education D3/S1 (IT graduate preferred)
  • 3. Preferably have at least 1-year experience in a similar division, fresh graduates are welcome
  • 4. Have good communication and presentation skills
  • 5. Have a strong analysis
  • 6. Mastering one programming language (preferably python)
  • 7. Understanding Odoo is a plus
  • 8. Understanding IT infrastructure is a plus
