Massive Payroll Scale
Processing monthly salaries for 12,000 Security Guards (SG) spread across thousands of client locations, plus 250 Head Office staff.
Complex Salary & Billing Calculations
- Distinct salary structures for each customer and position (Chief, Squad Leader, Admin, Member), adhering to different regional minimum wages (UMP).
- Varying payroll periods for different projects (falling on the 25th, 27th, or 30th).
- Intricate invoice billing calculations based on Cost Structure formulas multiplied by actual SG attendance.
External System Integrations
Integration with attendance machines (Hikvision), the E-ops system, and bank reporting systems (Internet Banking) for salary disbursement.
