As an employee of our company, you will collaborate with each department for complaint handling and troubleshooting. This position is creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills. 


 Responsibilities

  • Receiving complaints from clients.
  • Analyze the complaints you get.
  • Work on complaint requests.


   Requirement and skills​

  • Education D3/S1 (IT graduate preferred).
  • Preferably have at least 1-year experience in a similar division, fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Have a strong analysis.
  • Mastering one programming language (preferably python).
  • Understanding Odoo is a plus
  • Understanding IT infrastructure is a plus
